Je\u0161t\u011b v ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 minulosti byly banky jedin\u00e9 instituce, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly pr\u00e1vo ofici\u00e1ln\u011b poskytovat jak\u00e9koliv finan\u010dn\u00ed slu\u017eby. A to se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b t\u00fdkalo i financov\u00e1n\u00ed bydlen\u00ed. Av\u0161ak po roce 1989 se za\u010dalo s privatizac\u00ed prakticky v\u0161ech sektor\u016f, a to v\u010detn\u011b bankovnictv\u00ed a jin\u00fdch finan\u010dn\u00edch slu\u017eeb. To znamenalo, \u017ee je nyn\u00ed mohou nab\u00edzet i soukrom\u00e9 sektory. A to se tak\u00e9 stalo. Netrvalo dlouho a na trhu se objevily prvn\u00ed nebankovn\u00ed p\u016fj\u010dky. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku \u0161lo pouze o klasickou p\u016fj\u010dku, av\u0161ak jak \u0161el \u010das, i nab\u00eddka t\u011bchto firem se postupn\u011b roz\u0161i\u0159ovala. Brzy zde byly zahrnuty  http:\/\/www.antropoweb.cz\/cs\/svazky-antropoedice-zahrnuty-v-directory-of-open-access-books-doab i hypot\u00e9ky, a v\u011b\u0159te, \u017ee jsou v tomto \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9. To jim umo\u017e\u0148uje nab\u00edzet i produkty, kter\u00e9 banky nemohou.
