Tam to jen s\u00a0cvi\u010den\u00edm nep\u016fjde, mus\u00ed se s\u00e1hnout i do stravy.Jen\u017ee kdy\u017e jsem za\u010dala sledovat program, se kter\u00fdm jste mohli shodit kila b\u011bhem 30 dn\u00ed, a \u010detla si j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, kter\u00fd byl na ka\u017ed\u00fd den vyps\u00e1n, nez\u0159\u00eddka se mi lehce zvedal \u017ealudek. Radik\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bna nebyla u m\u011b mo\u017en\u00e1. M\u00e1m r\u00e1da sladk\u00e9 a minim\u00e1ln\u011b jednou denn\u011b si ho dop\u0159eji. Sta\u010d\u00ed ho\u0159k\u00e1 \u010dokol\u00e1da nebo o\u0159echy, \u010di mandle v\u00a0\u010dokol\u00e1d\u011b, puding nebo jogurt s\u00a0medem a o\u0159echy, ale n\u011bco to b\u00fdt mus\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 hodn\u011b p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00fdch kombinac\u00ed potravin mi p\u0159i\u0161lo nemastn\u00fdch, neslan\u00fdch, nechutn\u00fdch. Ale jistou inspiraci jsem tam na\u0161la. Mo\u017en\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk neshodil tak rychle, ale b\u011bhem 3 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f byl m\u016fj probl\u00e9m s b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed parti\u00ed pry\u010d. Sta\u010dilo ka\u017ed\u00fd den p\u016fl hodiny cvi\u010dit s\u00a0Jill, vynechat b\u00edl\u00e9 pe\u010divo, omezit sacharidy a p\u0159\u00edlohy, v\u00edce j\u00edst b\u00edlkoviny a zmen\u0161it porce. Ka\u017ed\u00fd den trochu sladk\u00e9ho, o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky a v\u00edno nebo sekt nebylo ni\u010demu na \u0161kodu.
